Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you would like to proceed with an exchange, please contact us at Allstrenghtshop@gmail.com and alphatindustrial@gmail.com.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Shipping is at your responsibility.

Gym-Gloves is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in new condition or not returned in its original packaging.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us at Allstrenghtshop@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

We will provide you with packaging and shipping instructions. If the item is confirmed defective, we will offer either a replacement or a refund for the item price and original shipping costs.
